- Multi-Session Interface eXecutive
-
- TPS/MIX, TPS/Multi-session Interface eXecutive, is a menu-driven facility
- which allows a user to establish multiple concurrent SCO UNIX sessions on a
- single terminal. The menu is designed by the user; titles, prompts,
- colors, control keys, and help messages are easily created and maintained in a
- test file. SCO UNIX sessions are full-screen sessions. The user interfaces
- with the displayed program or foreground session, yet retains the ability to
- move about all currently active sessions. Programs continue to execute while in
- the background. TPS/MIX allows copy and insert between sessions, and has a
- monitoring capability for users on the same system or other systems. TPS/MIX
- does not impose any user or system-wide limits. TPS/MIX runs on SCO UNIX.
- Terminal support includes IBM, hft, IBM 3164, IBM 3151, and DEC VT100.
